Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel an order you have placed in the online store within 21 days of receiving the ordered products. However, there is no right of withdrawal if the product has been manufactured or modified according to your requirements or if it is a gift card.

If you wish to cancel the order, you must contact our customer service by email at support@fanstastinen.com within 21 days of receiving the ordered products. We process cancellations within 21 days of receiving the cancellation notice. If you exercise your right of withdrawal after your order has been dispatched, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the products to us. We will refund payments for cancelled orders to the payment method used for the order.

Inspection of delivery and complaints

We are responsible for defects in the products in accordance with the applicable legislation in force at any given time. After receiving the delivery, you must check without delay that the delivery has included the products you ordered and that the products are free of defects. If you notice that the delivered product is defective, you must immediately report the error to our customer service at support@fantastinen.com. You must keep the products you are complaining about until the complaint has been processed or return them to us at our request.

If the delivery is lost or the Product is damaged in transit, we ask you to contact our customer support at address support@fantastinen.com.
