Collection: Chromatic Disorder

Most of my work lives in the dark — muted palettes, dim rooms, things half-glimpsed. This collection is the opposite instinct. Same strange figures, same unease, but turned all the way up: flat colour, hard edges, pinks and greens that have no business sitting next to each other.

The tension is the point. A face can be miserable and still be painted in colours that belong on a festival poster. That gap between what the image feels like and what it looks like is what I keep chasing here.

These work best as a single statement piece on a plain wall, where nothing else is competing. If your room is already busy, pick one of these and let it win. Two loud prints in the same sightline tend to cancel each other out. The exception is a deliberate pair hung close together, where the palettes echo rather than clash.

Not sure which size to choose? I’ve put together a simple poster size guide to help you visualise what works best in different spaces. It covers all the sizes I offer, with practical tips for living rooms, bedrooms, hallways and more.
