Last year, I had the pleasure to illustrate a trio of stories for the newly launched Tech Icons online magazine. They were all centred around the same thing I keep coming back to in my own work: how technology keeps creeping into the most human parts of our lives.

In Synthetic Hearts, I explored the strange, magnetic pull of AI in the realm of love — where algorithms aren’t just matching profiles but subtly rewriting how intimacy feels.

With How Religion’s $5 Trillion Is Reshaping Tech, I was asked to visualise the surprising convergence of ancient faith and modern innovation, where belief systems become forces that drive digital futures.

And in AI Therapy, I helped bring to life the tension between hope and risk as artificial intelligence begins to stake a claim on our emotional wellbeing — for better, and sometimes for worse.
